Why we started – The Parallel story

In 2012, Tim Barnett, founder of Parallel, hired two developers in the Philippines for his digital agency, and the results were transformational. But working with traditional offshoring providers proved frustrating – rigid processes, little advice, and no real support for small businesses like his.

The Parallel pricing model offers simplicity and transparency. You have clear visibility into what you’re paying for, and equally important, you know how much your employees are being compensated.

Salary

The base salary of the employee plus the mandatory 13th month and any holiday pay.

Benefits

Add on any benefits such as an internet allowance or private health insurance

Government

Gov fees

We will disburse the mandatory government fees.

Parallel

Management Fee

Parallel charges a small monthly fee per employee to cover HR and payroll management.
