The Parallel pricing model offers simplicity and transparency. You have clear visibility into what you’re paying for, and equally important, you know how much your employees are being compensated.
The base salary of the employee plus the mandatory 13th month and any holiday pay.
Add on any benefits such as an internet allowance or private health insurance
We will disburse the mandatory government fees.
Parallel charges a small monthly fee per employee to cover HR and payroll management.
