How does Parallel help small and medium businesses?

How does the process work from start to finish?

We start with a role brief or job description, recruit and shortlist candidates, and you select the best fit. Once hired, the staff member is employed under Parallel, but they work exclusively for you—fully integrated into your systems and culture.

Do I manage the staff directly?

Yes. You control the day-to-day work, priorities, and reporting. Parallel handles the HR, payroll, and compliance side, so you don’t have to worry about admin or local legalities.

What roles can I offshore with Parallel?
